excessive noise too short bed
the staff were helpful.
The noise from other rooms was excessive. I could hear everything from the room above, including snoring. it made sleeping quite difficult. the bed was also too short.

The room was far from soundproof. i could hear every footstep from the room above, a constant disruption. breakfast service lacked consistency. One day the kitchen door was slammed repeatedly by a staff, irritating. these issues affected the overall experience.

breakfast had plenty options and was well prepared. the staff was friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations. my room was clean and well maintained . the location was also great, close to kloof street and other attractions.
The walls felt thin. I could hear noise from adjacent rooms.

the location of the building struck me and i loved it. rooms were spacious and well appointed with nice bathrooms and very comfortable beds. the staff were helpful and organised restaurant bookings. they handled transfers with efficiency.
The room proved to be a bit noisy. I could hear sounds from adjacent rooms. it was a minor distraction.

classic building great location renovated house
The building has a classic finish. The location is great. The house is renovated beautifully and located in Gardens. It is a short walk to Kloof Street where there are lots of restaurants.
The room I stayed in had thin walls. I could hear noises from neighboring rooms, including conversations.

i had a superior king room it featured modern decor. the air conditioning worked efficiently the room remained cool.
